An Air Washer is an air-conditioning device used to clean, cool, and humidify air by passing it through a water spray. It is commonly used in HVAC systems and industrial ventilation.

🔹 Purpose:

• Removes dust and impurities from air

• Cools the air

• Adds humidity (moisture)

• Improves indoor air quality

🔹 How It Works:

1. Air enters the air washer unit.

2. Water is sprayed through nozzles inside the chamber.

3. Air passes through the fine water droplets.

4. Dust particles get trapped in water.

5. Clean and cooled air is supplied into the room.

The water collects at the bottom tank and is recirculated using a pump.
